Industrial Sheet Metal Fabrication in China
We are a sheet metal fabrication company in China serving industrial clients. We manufacture durable, precision-made metal parts for machinery and equipment. Our advanced facilities let us produce heavy-duty components for automation systems, machinery, packaging lines, and energy infrastructure worldwide. You can rely on us to deliver quality parts that meet your specs at a fair cost. We handle projects large and small – from a single prototype bracket to thousands of machine panels – with consistent precision and fast turnaround.
Why Sheet Metal is Ideal for Industrial Use
Sheet metal is a strong, cost-effective choice for industrial parts. It has a high strength-to-weight ratio, so parts are tough but not overly heavy. With modern CNC cutting and forming machines, we achieve tight tolerances and uniform quality on every part. Sheet metal forming is also highly scalable and cost-efficient: we can economically produce either a single custom piece or large batch runs. This efficiency helps keep your costs down. In short, metal sheets let us make long-lasting parts in almost any shape needed, while staying within budget and schedule.
What We Manufacture
Each part is made to your drawings. We also offer complete metal fabrication services – cutting, bending, stamping and welding – so you get finished assemblies ready for installation.
Brackets & Supports
Custom angle brackets, gussets and frames that reinforce machinery and structures.
Housings & Enclosures
Metal cases and covers for electrical panels, control boxes, and equipment.
Equipment Frames & Bases
Welded frames, base plates and stand-offs for heavy machinery.
Machinery Panels
Front panels, back panels, console covers and machine guards.
Base Plates
Thick metal mounting plates and flanges for industrial machines.
Materials Used
We work with a wide range of metals to match industrial needs:
We can also machine or laser-cut
alternative alloys (copper, brass, etc.) if needed. For details on all our metal options, see our Materials
page.
Aluminum
Lightweight yet strong, aluminum (including alloys like 5052, 6061) is used when weight savings or corrosion resistance is critical.
Carbon Steel
Strong and durable, carbon steel is often the most cost-effective choice for heavy-duty components.
Stainless Steel
Perfect strength and corrosion resistance for rugged environments. Ideal for high-wear or outdoor parts (e.g. 304/316 grades).
Galvanized/Coated Steel
Carbon steel sheets with zinc or powder coatings resist rust, making them great for outdoor structures and civil infrastructure.
Our Fabrication Processes
Across all processes, our Fabrication Services ensure each step is done to spec. CNC automation allows
us to run 24/7 if needed for large orders.
We use modern equipment and techniques to make your
parts:
Cutting: We precisely cut metal sheets using CNC laser, plasma, or waterjet machines. This lets us produce complex shapes with tight tolerances. Our laser cutters can handle sheets up to several feet wide, cutting holes and outlines cleanly.
Forming & Bending: Large hydraulic press brakes (up to 420-ton) and rolling machines shape metal into bends, curves and channels. Our CNC brake presses produce consistent bends on heavy plates and long sheets. Roll forming equipment can curve sheets into cylinders or long profiles.
Stamping & Punching: For high-volume parts, we use stamping presses and punch presses. Progressive stamping lines can punch, bend and cut a part in one sequence. This is efficient for making brackets, panels or repeated features in batches.
Welding & Assembly: Our welders use MIG, TIG and spot welding to join parts. We also perform CNC assembly and small-run sub-assemblies. Every weld is done to industrial standards to ensure structural strength.
Surface Treatment: After fabrication, we apply finishes like powder coating, electroplating, painting or anodizing. These finishes enhance durability and corrosion resistance. For example, we can powder-coat or galvanize steel parts to withstand harsh conditions.
Sub-Industries Served
In each sector, we focus on the materials and finishes needed for tough environments. For example, stainless
or galvanized steel for outdoor or wet conditions, and heavy-gauge carbon steel for load-bearing frames. Our
experience with these sub-industries means we understand your quality and compliance requirements.
We
supply sheet metal parts for a wide range of industries:
Industrial Automation
Components for robots, automated assembly machines, conveyor systems and control cabinets.
Heavy Equipment
Parts used in construction, mining, agricultural and factory machinery.
Packaging Machinery
Steel and aluminum parts for food, beverage and consumer packaging lines.
Energy & Plant Infrastructure
Fabrication for power plants, substation equipment, HVAC ducts, and structural supports.
Oil & Gas
Stainless and coated steel parts for drilling rigs, refineries, and pipelines. See our Oil & Gas page.
Marine
Corrosion-resistant components (stainless steel, aluminum) for shipbuilding and offshore structures. See our Marine page.
Quality Control & Certifications
Quality is our top priority. We operate under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This certification means we have documented procedures to ensure consistent product quality. Every project follows strict checks: we inspect raw materials on arrival, and perform first-article (prototype) inspections. During production, we carry out in-process checks using gauges and calibrated tools. Finally, each part undergoes final inspection (measurement, fit-testing and finish checks). Our documented inspections and continuous improvement processes ensure every piece meets your requirements.
By following ISO 9001 procedures, we ensure traceability and control. You receive detailed inspection reports and certificates with each order. In short, we make sure no part ships until it passes our quality standards.
Collaboration Process
From first contact to delivery, our team assists you at every stage. We communicate clearly so you know
exactly what to expect and when.
We make working together easy:
Request a Quote (RFQ)
1.Tell us about your part – send drawings, specs or samples. We’ll review your design and may suggest tweaks for easier manufacturing.
Sample &Prototyping
2.If needed, we produce a small batch or prototype. You get real parts to test for fit and function. This step lets you verify everything before full production.
Production
3.Once your design is finalized, we start batch production. Our large-capacity machines handle runs from hundreds to thousands of parts. You stay informed with progress updates.
Finishing & Delivery
4.Finished parts are cleaned, coated and packed. We arrange shipping to your facility or warehouse.
