Oil & Gas Sheet Metal Fabrication in China
We have experience in oilfield and offshore projects. Whether you need parts for a drilling rig in the North Sea or a pump skid in a desert oilfield, we are ready. Our team understands that the oil and gas sector demands strong, durable parts to keep production running. This industry “requires robust and supportive solutions for infrastructure, tools, and components”. We apply our metal fabrication expertise – proven in marine and industrial sectors – to meet those needs wherever your site is located.
Our experience with oilfield and offshore projects
Our factory in China builds metal components for oil and gas plants around the world. We combine ISO standards with local workmanship to deliver what you need. From early design and prototyping to full production and export, our focus is making it easy for you to get the custom parts you want.
The Challenges of Oil & Gas Environments
Oil and gas environments are harsh. Parts are often sprayed with salt water, exposed to chemicals, and hit by wide temperature swings. All this causes corrosion (rust) and metal fatigue. For example, infrastructure “is subjected to harsh conditions” and corrosion is “a serious challenge” in oil & gas. Our parts are designed to resist these threats. Constant contact with seawater or crude oil, and extreme heat and cold, would damage ordinary metal, but we use corrosion-resistant designs and materials so the parts last. Sheet metal for oil rigs must “withstand constant contact with water” and “extreme temperature changes” while remaining durable. In short, we build components that fight rust and survive the pressure, heat, and chemicals found on rigs, pipelines, and refineries.
Parts We Manufacture
Each part is made to your specifications. We can customize sizes, openings, cutouts, and attachments so the
parts fit your machinery or structure perfectly.
We build a wide range of heavy-duty sheet metal parts for oil & gas. These include (but are not limited to):
Enclosures and Cabinets
Weatherproof control panels and electrical housings for pumps, instruments, and electronics.
Skids and Frames
Metal bases and platforms for pumps, compressors, generators, and other equipment.
Panels and Ducts
Flat panels, ventilation ducts, and safety shields for machines and walkways.
Pipe Supports and Brackets
Racks, clamps, struts, and frames to hold pipes and tubing securely.
Guards and Railings
Safety guards, covers, and handrails for moving parts and walking areas.
Materials We Use
For details on each material’s properties, see our Materials page. In all cases, we select the grade and
thickness to match your application, balancing toughness, weight, and corrosion resistance.
Choosing the right metal is key. We work with a range of materials common in the energy sector:
Aluminum
Lightweight and non-corrosive; used where weight saving is important or in non-load-bearing parts.
Stainless Steel
Types 304/316 and other alloys that resist corrosion and high temperature. Stainless is used where rust or acids are a problem. In severe refinery processes, stainless alloys are often chosen because they resist corrosion much better than plain carbon steel.
Carbon Steel
Strong and cost-effective for heavy structures. We can use galvannealed or painted carbon steel for parts that need extra strength plus a corrosion-resistant finish.
Galvanized/Coated Steel
Steel parts that are hot-dip galvanized, powder coated, or painted to add a protective layer against rust. For example, using aluminum, stainless, and galvanized steel “making the products light, strong, and resistant to corrosion”.
Special Alloys
When required, we can use nickel or other corrosion-resistant alloys for very aggressive environments (e.g., sour gas).
Applications
Our sheet metal parts are used in all areas of oil and gas production
In short, if your project
involves extracting, refining, or transporting oil and gas, our parts can be part of it. We also serve
related sectors – for example, our fabrication experience spans industrial plants and marine vessels – so
you benefit from proven designs across industries.
Offshore Platforms and Rigs
Equipment on drilling and production platforms at sea.
Onshore Drilling and Well Sites
Parts for land-based rigs and wellheads.
Pipelines and Pump Stations
Components for pipe racks, pumping stations, and compressor units.
Refineries and Petrochemical Plants
Metal parts for processing units, distillation towers, and utility systems.
Storage Tanks and Terminals
Structures for storage facilities, loading docks, and terminals.
Quality Control & Certifications
Quality is essential in oil & gas. We operate under an ISO 9001:2015-compliant quality management system. ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality systems that ensures we have formal processes to meet your requirements. In practice, this means each project is documented: we track material certificates, perform dimensional inspections, and test assemblies as needed (weld tests, pressure tests, etc.).
Working Together
We make it easy to get started. Simply send us a
request for quote (RFQ) with drawings, a sample, or even just your ideas. We will work with you to refine
the design and provide a competitive quote. For testing or evaluation, we offer quick-turn prototyping. We
are flexible – whether you need a single sample part or a full production batch, we can do it.
Once production starts, we manage the entire process. We handle logistics and shipping, packing parts for
safe transit by sea or air. Our team is experienced in export paperwork and customs for energy projects
worldwide. Through every step, we communicate closely with you, giving updates and inspection results.
Ultimately, you receive turnkey service: from RFQ to final delivery. Contact us today to discuss your
project, get a quote, or request samples. We look forward to partnering with you on your next oil & gas
fabrication project.
